Our Workshops …

At Pathways, we believe in equipping mental health professionals with the tools necessary to serve their clientele at the highest level of their calling. As a part of our mission, we are launching an extensive therapy library of recommended resources and workshop training opportunities to encourage and equip mental health professionals in the places where they serve. From mental health facilities, private practices and hospital settings, to churches, businesses, schools and local community outreach organizations, it is our goal to provide professionals who work in the therapy arts with dynamic, interactive and engaging training opportunities to help challenge and grow them to their fullest potential.

PCC training workshops are designed to provide a stimulating environment whereby professionals can learn how to create cutting edge techniques through an original therapy model known as, “The Storytellers Method”. This fresh new model has clinical roots in various proven evidence-based modalities of counseling such as: Cognitive Behavioral, Narrative, Logotherapy and Depth Psychology approaches.

Both Rich Lewis and Mel Turner are available for a wide assortment of teaching engagements and training opportunities including, in-person workshops, online interactive trainings, speaking engagements, lunch & learn’s, etc. If you’re organization would like to schedule a workshop, please send all inquiries to Rich Lewis at:
